I can't say enough about the amazing service I've received from the team at the Pool and Patio store. I only discovered their Carteret location a few years ago, and the convenience of having someone local to do water tests, pick up supplies from, etc., has been amazing.

I went into their store to ask a few simple questions about pools and lawns and was amazed at how knowledgeable these folks were. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the Store was really cool. These guys are really kid friendly. I was also surprised to learn the difference between a lawn further west in the state from my lawn in the coastal climate. There is a huge difference particularly with the acidity in the soil. They have made me a customer for life.

Byron and his team did a wonderful job for my family’s home in Atlantic Beach. We had a large pool installed. We had them install a large retaining wall and enormous patio. They used previous paver technology that without would have restricted the size of the patio. The water features and beautiful glass tile are simply stunning.

ECS and The Pool and Patio Store is the most helpful, honest and professional pool business in our area. They go out of there way to provide top notch services, advise and pool upkeep products. I always recommend them to fellow pool operators
